• If too many files fail to download, test your accounts. Chances are, one or more of them don't work. For example, you may be over your quota.
  
  
• Switch on more detailed logging, open file log.txt in Binjet base directory in Notepad and try to understand what is causing the problem. If you can't, send the log to us.
  
  
• If too many multipart files can't be assembled, you should get access to a better news server. There are very decent inexpensive servers around.
